Arrival Guidelines - Arrive in All black Form Fitting Outfit with Runway shoes. You may wear regular shoes but you will need to have your runway shoes with you. Please do now wear your Trendy All Black Outfit.

For Photo Shoot time - Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing upon arrival (DO NOT arrive in your photoshoot outfit). Reminder bring all Photo Shoot options with you.
For Reel Prep - Clothing- All Black not your trendy all black
Makeup:
Please Arrive Makeup Ready. If you do not know how to apply your makeup DO NOT APPLY (Bring your makeup and applicators with you).
Hair: Arrive with your hair fully prepared and styled.

Jewelry Rules: Same as photoshoot rules:
✅ Allowed: Wedding rings, engagement rings, and small stud earrings for women.
🚫 Not Allowed: Nose rings, eyebrow rings, lip rings, multiple earrings, or other visible piercings.

Final Reminders
✔ Arrive on time according to your assigned time slot.

Fee Details
💲 One-Time Charge: $150
📅 Processing Date: 30 days prior to your Expo
Guest Privileges
Your Access Fee allows for:
✔ Photoshoots:
- 1 guest may attend.
- Preteens (ages 12 and under) may have both parents present.
✔ Workshops:
- 1 guest may attend.
- Minors (18 and under): May have 2 guests if they are both parents.
✔ Avanti Fashion Show:
- Unlimited guests are welcome to attend.
🚫 Real Recording Studio:
- No guests are allowed in the recording area.
- Parents of minors may accompany them to the studio but cannot enter the recording area.
Final Reminders
✔ The $150 fee is automatically processed 30 days after your Expo.
✔ Ensure your guests follow all attendance guidelines.
✔ The recording studio has strict guest limitations, so plan accordingly.
