Avanti Photoshoot Instructions
Arrival Guidelines
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing upon arrival (DO NOT arrive in your photoshoot outfit).
Makeup:
If you are good with makeup, please arrive with your foundation already applied.
If you are not proficient in makeup, do not apply any makeup beforehand.
Hair: Arrive with your hair fully prepared and styled.
Clothing Guidelines
✅ Allowed Attire:
Solid colors only (No prints, patterns, logos, or plaids)
Clothing should be neatly placed (either on hangers or folded)
🚫 Not Allowed:
Crop tops
Dirty sneakers
Jewelry Guidelines
✅ Permitted Jewelry:
Wedding rings & engagement rings
Women may wear small stud earrings
🚫 Not Allowed:
Nose rings, eyebrow rings, lip rings
Multiple earrings (more than one per ear)
Nail Guidelines (For Ladies)
✅ Allowed Nail Colors:
Natural
Nude
French cut
🚫 Not Allowed:
Bright or flashy nail colors

Fee Details
💲 One-Time Charge: $150
📅 Processing Date: 30 days prior to your Expo
Guest Privileges
Your Access Fee allows for:
✔ Photoshoots:
- 1 guest may attend.
- Preteens (ages 12 and under) may have both parents present.
✔ Workshops:
- 1 guest may attend.
- Minors (18 and under): May have 2 guests if they are both parents.
✔ Avanti Fashion Show:
- Unlimited guests are welcome to attend.
🚫 Real Recording Studio:
- No guests are allowed in the recording area.
- Parents of minors may accompany them to the studio but cannot enter the recording area.
Final Reminders
✔ The $150 fee is automatically processed 30 days prior your Expo.
✔ Ensure your guests follow all attendance guidelines.
✔ The recording studio has strict guest limitations, so plan accordingly.
